Honoring God Other Ways
When Pastor Seagraves was a young man, God challenged him in prayer to commit to giving more than a month’s wages during a time he was without work. Knowing it was God, he made the pledge. Soon opportunities followed.
In less than a week he was working in more places, in positions above his pay-grade, and making more money, than he ever had before. That was a beginning of growing faith in finances.
Since then people have donated cars. Others have added the ministry to life insurance and estate planning. We’ve seen real estate donated to ministries in Alaska. Airplanes, and repairs, have been given. Airline tickets and miles, and Bitcoin have even been added to the church’s resources.
Because God’s people continue to be generous we have some direction for you below, and Giving Highlight below that.

Here are other ways to give, and most of them start with a phone call or email.
Legacy Giving - Many people want to leave a legacy, and honor God in their estate planning and life-insurance. You don’t have to notify us of these plans, but we would love to know what is most important to you in investing that legacy.
Stocks and Real Estate - People who want to give, but don’t want to incur unnecessary taxes will give stocks, other financial products, and real estate. This is a process that should be done the right way, and we encourage you to communicate with us first so that you can receive the whole benefit.
Airplanes and Vehicles - We do support rural Alaskan and village ministries with airplanes, if you want to give wings to ministry. Several people have given vehicles - we just ask that any vehicles or planes be in good running condition, and have a title that can be transferred. Call or email if you want to give an airplane or vehicle.
Crypto Currency - We do have an account to facilitate these gifts, so please just call or email if you want our wallet ID or other account information.
The Fisher House at JBER
With so many neighbors that serve or have served in the military, we decided to support Fisher House as a community partner. They do an amazing job of providing housing near medical treatment for military families. They believe that “family is good medicine” and we support that.
