Climbing to New Horizons
More than 40 years ago, a small band of believers dared to believe God for more than a couch or a community center, and The Sanctuary Church was born.
Since then, we’ve seen lives changed as faith has grown and hope has taken root. God has raised up overcomers here, and He is not finished yet.
Now we stand in a defining moment. God is calling us to step forward together, strengthening our church, multiplying our reach, and building a community marked by unshakable faith and unstoppable hope.
This is our time to rise, to give generously, and to partner with God in shaping a future filled with overcomers.
A Note from Derrick
For the past eight years, we have celebrated and served through gatherings that inspire growth and joy. Harvest Fairs, Christmas Concerts, Marriage Teaching, and Leadership Retreats have all drawn people together, built connection, and planted hope. These moments are glimpses of what God can do when His people unite with purpose.
But today we have a pivotal opportunity. Each year, 2,500–3,000 new souls move into our community - nearly twice the national average. These are people looking for belonging, strength, and hope. Our own children, neighbors, and loved ones can be better connected to God.
That is why we are committed to expanding a place where families are nurtured, leaders are equipped, and faith is strengthened. With your partnership we will remodel and expand our facilities, launch new ministries, and build a home for connection, growth, and lasting impact.
Isaiah 43:19 says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth...” This is that.

These are 7 areas for elevation that will create space for growth, connection, and discipleship, so that every person can take their next step and our community can experience the lasting impact of the gospel.
Adaptable Rooms
Improved space for community groups, classes, and celebrations. Recovery ministry, Military evangelism, and Parenting classes will all benefit.
Education Building
We can start a high-achieving school, delivering the benefits of homeschooling without the parent-work. Children will be equipped to overcome in every area of life.
Commons Area
Supporting connection and mutual support with cafe seating, self serve resources and snacks, and a 3rd space that doesn’t cost.
LED Sign
A dynamic display of our support and events to the 2,000+ neighbors driving by daily
Debt Paid Off
We are servicing a $27,000 lien to the municipality. Paying this off will add ~$6,000 to our operational budget every year
Parking Upgrades
A safer system of parking, and adding new spots, will allow our meetings to minister to more souls. And keep kids safe.

Tools to record stories delivering hope, teaching for faith, and insights from visiting ministers

How to support in prayer
This effort must be covered in prayer, because only God can truly build His church and bring lasting transformation. Plans, resources, and effort are important, but without His Spirit guiding and empowering us, they fall short.
